At Cleon Services, we pride ourselves in maintaining a healthy ambience. Our business services are carried out by two distinct business units- Laundry services and Recycling.

 We started operation with the laundry business in 2012 and the recycling unit commenced two years after.

Our administrative office is in Ikeja, Lagos and operational base for recycling is Sagamu, Ogun state.

Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location:
Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers cordially and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Answer questions about services and terms of sale.
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions.
  • Open and close out call records.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Advise customers on any other necessary information
Required Skills and Qualification
  • OND/B.Sc in any discipline with a passion to learn
  • Minimum of one year cognate experience
  • Ability to coordinate and plan properly
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and record keeping skills


Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location:

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that materials are safely and effectively transported.
  • Ensure a cost effective approach in operations
  • Perform delivery in strict compliance with customer specifications and meet timelines
  • Ensure the smooth relationship with regulatory and monitoring government agencies
Skills and Qualifications
  • Good communication and ability to work with teams
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business management, International relations, Philosophy, Economics or related discipline

Job Title: Industrial Microbiologist
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
  • Testing the strength and virulence of microbes
  • Using a variety of biochemical and molecular methods to determine infection causing organisms
  • Identifying fungal, parasitic, viral and bacterial infections
  • Recording, analyzing and interpreting data
  • Undertaking work aimed at helping to prevent the spread of infections within hospitals;
  • Managing and supervising laboratories.
Skills Requirements

  • A Degree/ HND relevant in either Microbiology, Environmental and Biological Sciences.

Job Title: Trainee Plant Engineer
Location:
Lagos
Responsibilities
  • Estimates the production cost for products recycled in the facility
  • Performs quality analysis including, sample collection, testing and interpretation, maintaining prescribed standards or modifying as necessary.
  • Monitors and maintains plant equipment, pumps, motors and the Supervisory Control and Data Accession (SCADA) system as necessary.
  • Records quality and plant operating information on standard reports capturing significant output quality information for decision making.
  • Monitors and adjusts plant instrumentation, chemical levels, line pressures, pump functions, and chemical doses.
  • Maintains a clean and safe plant work area.
Requirements
  • B.Sc or HND in Engineering-Production, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and Facilities Engineering
  • Possess a minimum of a 2.2
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention for details and ability to prioritize.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite


Job Title: Recycling Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
  • Creating and delivering educational programmes.
  • Organising community and media liaison initiatives.
  • Comparing cost and performance of current schemes with new 'best practice' schemes to maximize resources and reduce costs.
  • Collecting data, compiling statistics and drafting reports.
  • Advising and assisting local community groups.
  • Managing and promoting initiatives through advertising and publicity campaigns.
  • Complying with current recycling legislation and environmental policy.
  • Advising local businesses on waste disposal and recycling initiatives.
  • Recruiting and training volunteers in community organizations.
Requirements

Job Title: Environmental Education Officer
Location:
Lagos
Responsibilities
  • Researching and developing educational programmes and resources for schools, adults, families, community groups or visitors to sites of special environmental interest
  • Promoting educational programmes and resources to the target audience through leaflets, newsletters, websites, and in some cases, social media
  • Giving talks in schools or to community groups on environmental issues
  • Teaching groups and interpreting the natural environment for them on-site by leading guided walks and answering questions
  • Organising events and activities to raise awareness of environmental issues;
  • Training others, such as teachers, in the use of resources and in delivering educational sessions
  • Researching and collating scientific data
Skills and Qualifications
  • B.Sc or HND in Life Science, Social Science and Agriculture
  • Commitment to, and enthusiasm for, environmental conservation and sustainable development
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written materials as well as presentations, workshops and guided walks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to people of all ages
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team but also on your own initiative
  • Good IT skills
