Till now, STL have focused solely on production of limited edition and premium jewelries, with plans to enter apparels and clothing accessories niches soon.

With well over 30 lines of premium jewelry designs with some of the best packaging to ever hit the Nigerian fashion industry, we're preparing to launch our Online Store and our very first physical stores in Lagos (and Port Harcourt).

Position 1: General Managers.

Job Description:
The general managers will be responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, and ensure that operations run smoothly and according to the company policies. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the development of the business and its strategies, with focus on financial and operation goals. 

Key roles as a General Manager in the company include:
  • -        Play a critical role in ensuring the business performs to expectations and within budget.
  • -        Drive business development and expansion strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
  • -        Provide effective leadership and oversight of business operations to ensure smooth operation of all departments in compliance with the company direction and legal requirements.
  • -        Drive team adherence to development and production timelines.
  • -        Be responsible for launch of new products in timely and effective manner.
  • -        Strengthen the teams, hire and train management staff to execute the business plan and maintain the company's standards.
  • -        Work Marketing Executives and Creative Directors to develop effective marketing strategies to establish and grow brand awareness and consequently boost sales.
  • -        Monitoring and analyzing fashion trends, customers' feedback, outlets performance, and competitors' activities.
Job Requirements:
  • -        Minimum of a Bachelor degree.
  • -        4 year minimum experience working in a senior management capacity a previous company, preferably in Fashion and Entertainment, or related.
  • -        Demonstrated leadership capability.
  • -        Strong analytical and project management skills.

Position 2: Sales Managers:

Job Description: 
The sales managers will manage the day to day activities of the company's physical stores; plan and execute sales strategies of the company. As a sales manager, you will be in charge of maximizing sales and customer loyalty.

Here are your key roles as a Sales Manager in the company:
  • -        Develop and enforce the company's comprehensive sales strategies in line with company objectives
  • -        Coordinating marketing campaigns with sale activities.
  • -        Develop a pricing strategy with an eye towards maximizing the company's share of the market and its profits while ensuring that the company's customers are satisfied.
  • -        Manage a team of Sales Associates and Representatives.
  • -        In charge of recruiting and training Sales Associates, setting sales targets and monitoring achievements.
  • -        Deal with major customers on personal basis and monitor customer feedback.
  • -        Ensure on-time deliveries and accurate documentation of inventories.
  • -        Process orders and re-orders, whilst continually updating stock levels, dealing with any queries, logistical problems and distribution management.
  • -        Supporting and monitoring outlets in achieving business objectives, including financial, operations, customer service, marketing and promotion, and buying objectives.
Job Requirements:
  • -        A minimum of Bachelor Degree.

Position 3: Marketers.

Job Description: 
Marketers in the company are charge of customer acquisitions and bringing in lucrative and strategic partnership deals. It is also part of the marketers' job to study customer responses, sales numbers and the potentials for new trends to take off. 

Key accountabilities of marketers are:
  • -        Identify and isolate the company's customers.
  • -        Find out information about the company's target customers, as well as our competitors.
  • -        Determine the demand for the products offered by the brand and its competitors.
  • -        Travel extensively to pitch in company's business ideas to customers and partners.
  • -        Creation and Publication of marketing materials in line with the marketing plans.
  • -        Examines what drives people to buy a particular product. In other words, 'customer behaviors.'
  • -        Combine quantitative data with market knowledge to better promote the company's products.
  • -        Use tools such as statistical analysis and survey results to help attain success for our products.
  • -        Study market conditions, monitor trends, forecast trends and make recommendations for effective marketing strategy.
  • -        Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Job Requirements:

  • -        Minimum of 2 years work experience in fashion marketing or related fields.

Position 4: Customer Support Managers

Job Description: 
when customers describe a positive shopping experience, good customer service and support is what they mention first, and as such, this is a very important position for us. We require enthusiastic, service-oriented people to handle customers' queries and requests in a professional and timely manner. 

Key accountabilities of customer support managers are:
  • -        Handle customers' correspondence, emails, instant messages (IM), phone queries and requests in a tactful and timely manner.
  • -        Handle enquiries regarding delivery, post-sales, transaction and payment support.
  • -        Review current customer support processes, challenge and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • -        Develop strategies for servicing key accounts better, delivering earlier and identifying in-season opportunities.
  • -        Oversee the Returns process and modify where necessary.
  • -        Actively participate and contribute to internal Business Analysis and Project meetings, providing insights and reporting as and when required.
  • -        Oversee and ensure accurate order entry and processing order amendments and cancellations, ensuring the orders are exact and up to date at all times.
  • -        Liaise with the company's warehouse to ensure timely and smooth delivery of all orders.
  • -        Implement a consistent and clear vision of the Customer Support structure to enable continuous growth and development.
  • -        Lead, manage and inspire a team of Customer Support Coordinators, ensuring all are supported and developed in their roles.
  • -        Continuous training for the Customer Support team ensuring they have full and up to date knowledge of both the company products and best Customer Support practice.
  • -        Develop metrics to measure customer support performance.
Job Requirements:
  • -        A Bachelor Degree.
  • -        2 years working experience.
  • -        High level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • -        Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people.
  • -        Knowledge of fashion preferred.
  • -        Previous experience in customer service and hospitality will be an added advantage.
  • -        Articulate and Confident manner on the phone or through all kinds of written communication channels.
  • -        Good organizational skills.
  • -        Ability to assimilate information and learn quickly.
