Job Title:  Sales / Account Manager

 
We at Halian are urgently looking for a Sales / Account Manager to work in a permanent role with one of our partners (Leading International Consultancy) based in Lagos, Nigeria
Main day to day responsibilites inculde but not limited to:
  • Maintaing and growing major accounts by establishing good relationship and ensuring highest level of customer service
  • Should be conducting regular customer meetings to manage indicators like FSD, WCS, ongoing projects and rollouts
  • Must be able to pipeline the future opportunities
  • Advising customer on consultative selling techniques
  • Must be able to work within a team including post-sale delivery professional, pre-sale technical professionals and management to achieve business
  • Managing customer relationships effectively and identifying new opportunities to develop the accounts
  • Key interface or liaison between the customer, sales support, product management and other internal resources
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 5 to 10 years of solid sales / account management in selling software / applications preferrably to Financial Serivces Industry
  • Strong Relationship Management skills
  • Must be able to manage and develope accounts by identifying new opportunities
  • Excellent written and oral communication
