Job Title: Assistant Manager - Human Resource
Location: Ogun State
Qualifications

• B.Sc/HND in Human Resources Management or related Social Science field with at least 7 years HR Generalist work experience in the manufacturing industry.
• CIPM membership will be an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office

• A Master's degree/MBA
• Minimum of 15 years post NYSC working Experience in Food/Beverage industry with at least 3 years in the same/similar position front a reputable organization

• Minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations with the legal framework
• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
• Establish appropriate system or process for tax risk management
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
• Liaise with tax authorities to manage and coordinate tax audits

• B.Sc/HND Accounting, ACA with minimum of 10 years work experience titan a reputable public accounting company

• To oversee the production process and ensure that production lines are running smoothly and efficiently with the right quality and cost

• B.Eng/B.Sc/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Food Technology and not less than 12 years cognate experience in a manufacturing/packaging industry.
• Basic computer appreciation and knowledge of MS Office Application is highly desirable.
• Possession of relevant post-graduation qualification is important.
• Must not be more than 45 years of age
• Experience in food and beverage industry will be an added advantage

• Ensures that our products meet internal, national and international quality standards to satisfy consumers and regulatory agencies
• Co-ordinates the establishment, implementation and maintenance of all relevant quality systems such as QMS, FSMS HACCP), etc.
• Plan, develop and implement quality assurance programs that conform to Standard
• Operating Procedures (SOP) for QA/QC Department and laboratory personnel.
• Check and verify the accuracy of all available records on control/analysis in the laboratories and Keeping these records for necessary study, interpretations and quality advice for subsequent planning

• Minimum of Master's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry, Food Science/Technology, Microbiology and any other relevant science field.
• Minimum of 15 years post NYSC working Experience in Food/Beverage industry with at least 3 years in the same/similar position.
• Computer literacy and Systems training will be of added advantage.

• A Masters degree/MBA
• Minimum of 15 years post NYSC working Experience in a FMCG industry with at least 10 years in the same/similar position from a multinational company

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for management, visitors and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures: supervising the security guard force.
• To ensure that pilfering is next to zero or completely eradicated.

• B.Sc/HND Degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Business, or related discipline.
• And must be a retired Military/Police Officer.
• Minimum of Army Captain or DSP in the Nigerian Police.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to learn and use new software systems
• Good oral and written communication skills.
