We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Main Responsibilities

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or referring inquiries.
Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post.
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
Keep office area clean and tidy through cleaning and maintenance of the office space

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE/OND or an equivalent qualification.
Honest and trustworthy.
Candidates must possess good attention to details.
Customer service skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills.

Remuneration
Monthly Net: N25, 000.
