Job Title:    Customer Service Associate

 
Locations: Nigeria
Job Purpose:
  • The Customer Service Associate will conducts monthly coaching and review sessions with team members to review quality calls captured and scored, as well as, calls captured and not scored but can be used as training opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that customer calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
  • Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for suggesting methods to improve efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
  • Conducts monthly coaching and review sessions with team members to review quality calls captured and scored, as well as, calls captured and not scored but can be used as training opportunities.
  • Provides agents statistical and performance feedback on a regular basis
  • Work with Supervisors and Manager in the day to day support of the call center, as well as escalating employee performance issues.
  • Generate ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Maintain and update seller account log and profiles.
  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
  • Provide general administrative assistance on special projects as needed and other duties as assigned
  • Proactively assist other sales and marketing assistants during downtime.
Education/Experience:
  • University degree in relevant degree
  • 2-4 years in administrative support role preferably
  • Must possess excellent time-management, organizational, and problem solving skills while being responsive to deadlines.
  • Strong judgment is required to manage competing priorities and to understand the scope and urgency of requests.
  • Must possess a strong analytical mindset.

 
Job Title:  Merchandise Planner

 
Job Purpose:
  • Re-forecasts financial projections based on changes in business strategy, business climate and receipt flow
Responsibilities:
  • Manages monthly core vendor performance and assist merchants in evaluating issues and opportunities
  • Supports VP and Merchandise Product Directors/Merchandise Managers with data and analysis; draw conclusions about opportunities and liabilities and follows through to execution
  • Initiate and develop actionable analysis to recap business by classification and subclass at a top-line as well as store level in order to partner with buying team to create strategies to drive sales and achieve gross margin profitability.
  • Manage and update monthly open-to-buy.
  • Recap business by classification, style, color and size and create best seller/hindsight reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to allow for thorough analysis of the business.
  • Partners with Director of Planning, Buyers and Divisional Merchandise Managers to develop long-range seasonal targets; ensures division alignment to these goals
  • Forecasts sales, markdowns, receipts and inventory to develop accurate buy meeting goals
  • Re-forecasts financial projections based on changes in business strategy, business climate and receipt flow
  • Maintains profiles of standard reports and continually ensures the merchants are maximizing the effectiveness of new tools

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in merchandise planning or equivalent, preferably in a specialty retail environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Experience using Merchandise Planning system preferred
  • Passion for numbers and product
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable in Microsoft Word



Job Title:   Warehouse Operations Leader

 
Job Purpose:
  • The Warehouse Operations Leader will develop and lead cross functional teams towards a common goal holding the collective group accountable to game changing results that are sustainable and repeatable.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deploy and maintain distribution warehouse operational guidelines, standard operating procedures, and warehouse safety policies to ensure warehouse network operational standardization.
  • Develop and lead cross functional teams towards a common goal holding the collective group accountable to game changing results that are sustainable and repeatable.
  • Create a sustainable strategy and plan that will lead to effective metrics that enables a project’s success.
  • Develop and communicate warehouse projections on throughput and inventory from Supply Chain to enable proper planning of resources by distribution warehouse operations.
  • Decision making through determining operational priorities, resolving issues, resource, and talent management.
  • Identification of continuous improvement opportunities; escalation of issues; development and implementation of solutions to eliminate waste.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; perferrably in a Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Engineering field
