  • A university Degree or its equivalent.
  • Three (3) years cognate experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Analytical skills and team building skills
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong supervisory skills and attention to details.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Command of office and filing procedures, including
  • Ability to use office equipment, i.e. computer, scanner, copier, telephone and fax.
  • Ability to handle confidential information, working in committees
  • Ability to effectively multi-task is critical.
