energetic individuals that can align their goals to that of the organisation for the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Lagos

Main Responsibilities
Pre-Loan Disbursement:

Promote/market client's products to perspective clients
Visit and evaluate potential client businesses
Prepare loan documents for credit committee
Present loan files to credit committee
Analyse financial data of client businesses
Analyse of qualitative data of client businesses and households

Post-Loan Disbursement:

Conduct monitoring visits to business and households
Follow up on loan repayment
Manage loan recovery
Assess the impact of loan before renewal

Education / Experience

HND minimum/BA,BSC (Management /Banking and Finance related courses)
Basic knowledge in accounting, finance and mathematics
No previous experience required

Required Skills:

Fluent in English (written/spoken)
Detail oriented
High level of integrity
Dynamic and motivated individuals who like to work outdoor.
Target oriented
Articulate and well spoken
