Kaflink Consulting - Our client, a UPS Agency, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Report To: Agency Office Manager

Job Objective
To ensure proper supervision of the Direct Sales: Agents and their performance as regards the entire sales process.

Duties

Aggressive Recruitment, training and managing retail direct sales associates.
Facilitating and training on sales processes and effective selling techniques.
Meeting sales targets/goals as per agreed terms.
Negotiating with prospective customers and other parties.
Retention of customers and direct sales associates acquired.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the company.

Requirement/Qualification

Proven history of generating revenue.
At least 5 years work experience of which 3 must have been spent in a leadership sales role
A first degree or HND in any discipline
Initiative and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and people skills
Good planning and organisational skills
The ability to work calmly under pressure.
Maximum of 38 years; minimum 28 years
Excellent Marketing skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
The ability to motivate and lead a team

Remuneration

3 months Contract : N150,000 - Part Time only (10 Hrs per week for 12 Weeks)
3 months Contract : N250,000 - Full Time only (40 Hrs per week for 12 Weeks); Renewable for another 3 months
