We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title:  Personal Assistant to the CEO

• Degree holder in the Humanities or Law.
• Good interpersonal skill. Good analytical, conmrnnication and organizational skills
• Computer Literacy is compulsory in use of office tools - Word, Spreadsheet and Presentation.
• Should be able to arrange the CEO's business/social/travel schedules effortlessly.

• Degree/Post Graduate Degree(s) in disciplines of either Science, Engineering, Business and or Humanities. Must have wide network of customers/consumers of IT solutions to be able to grow client's customer portfolio.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of the Local Information Technology industry. Refreshing knowledge and or Certifications on IBM, HP, Microsoft, DeIl, EMC, Nettapp and other solutions.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in IT business in a structured corporate environment, five of which must be at a senior/executive management level.
• Ability to manage and supervise large number of sales/marketing personnel. Must be positioned to develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, regulations, procedures and work standards for team.

• Bachelors' Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in IT products procurement, distribution management and logistics are essential.
• Knowledge of specs, codes and standards as well as safety and regulatory requirements applicable to IT products
• Demonstrated discipline and transparency in transacting business with third parties. Proficiency in use of office tools. Good communication skills.
• Capacity to handle other related tasks as may he assigned by superiors.

• An exceptional graduate of Social Science and or Humanities, imbued with a high dose of common-sense and self- starting attributes.
• Must have obtained a 2-5 years experience on Admin matters, relating with superiors, subordinates and implementing set goals.
• Must be computer literate and have a reasonable knowledge of IT trends.

• A B.Sc Computer Engineering Graduate.
• Must have technical knowledge of IT solutions
• Must have a minimum of 5-7 years hands-on experience on IT Pre Sales matters.
• Must be a team player, personable, tactful and innovating. Proficiency in use of office tools.
• Good communication skills.

• Must be knowledgeable on HP, IBM, Microsoft, Nettapp, EMC. Dell solutions Sales Certifications in any of the listed solutions will be an advantage Must be able to manage sales forecast. do cost estimation, budgets, correspondence and status reports, using tact, initiative and sound judgement within general procedural guidelines.
