We require the services of highly analytical applicant to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Operation

Location: Lagos

Duties/Responsibilities

• The head of operations will provide program oversight, ensure that all vehicle in use are in compliance with specifications and that proper procedures, operations manual and policies, as well as state regulations are followed.
• Operate and maintain computerized network tracking system
• Track and review vehicles, shop labour, fuels and vehicle utilization.
• Review and analyze utilization documentation.
• Liaison with the union and all relevant bodies on the corridor to ensure smooth operations
• Develop Operation Budget, Performance Management, Output indicators comprising but not limited to Bus Performance Management, Cost/Revenue/Kilometer per bus ratio, staff bus/ratio measurement, Bus capacity utilization analysis etc and monitor same for the efficiency of operation

• Degree in Transport Management or equivalent (MBA and professional membership will be an added advantage)
• Candidate should be VERY DISCIPLINED, possess the ability to work under pressure and very coordinated
• Applicant should possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Applicant should possess at least 10 years experience in Passenger Transport operation at a senior level.
