Job Title: Workshop Engineering Manager
Location: Nigeria
Requirements

• The successful candidates must hold a first Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering from an approved institution with minimum of five (5) years' experience with a similar position with a structure organization

• Be able to repair and supervise, monitor engineering workshop operations
• Be versatile in repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers
• Be conversant with model DAF, MAN DISEL
• Be able to identify likely spare parts for possible repairs
• Be responsible for the service, maintenance and up keep of the fleet for all the truck

• Planning and leading the operation of the organization fleet.
• Performing schedule checks for all the vehicles.
• Maintaining a service and maintenance records for all the vehicles.
• Managing and controlling vehicles performance and costs.
• Recommending vehicles that need replacement and arranging disposal.
• Monitoring and controlling drivers' behaviours.
• Maintaining vehicles for peak period operating condition by setting up schedule programme.
• The successful candidates will be required to manage the company fleet of heavy trucks.

• The candidate must hold a first Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or Social Science with minimum of Five (5) years' experience in Fleet Management in similar organization.

• Have ability to direct operations of the company's fleet.
• Create and implement performance procedures to work.
• Be able to withstand peak period pressure.
