Our client is seeking to hire an Operations
supervisor who would be responsible for supervision and execution of
one-off cleaning operations services such as post construction cleaning;
floor washing, polishing & maintenance; carpet steam & dry
cleaning; degreasing of oil stained facilities; fumigation & pest
control services; one off home cleaning. The Operations supervisor is
responsible for ensuring that the 100% customer satisfaction is
achieved.
Job Title: Cleaning Operations Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and implement all one-off cleaning operations
- Ensure that services are operated safely, hygienically and to contractual specifications.
- Ensure all cleaning operations are executed within the agreed time frame
- Ensure the proper utilisation of materials to execute jobs
- Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment and supervise the use of such equipment and chemicals
- Conduct regular trainings for cleaning operatives on the professional handling and use of cleaning machineries and equipment.
- Create a detailed work schedule for each one-off cleaning operations assigned
- Manage relationship with all stakeholders
- Ensure that relevant documents, MOUs and feedback/job satisfaction form(s) are administered and signed off as appropriate
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issues
- Source for prospective clients for the organization
- Submit reports to the Business manager on all activities
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND in any relevant course
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar position.
- Proven experience in leading a cleaning team.
- Understanding of various cleaning approaches and methods.
- Industry acumen and knowledge of external cleaning developments and innovations.
- Basic to Intermediate level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Package
