Our client is seeking to hire an Operations supervisor who would be responsible for supervision and execution of one-off cleaning operations services such as post construction cleaning; floor washing, polishing & maintenance; carpet steam & dry cleaning; degreasing of oil stained facilities; fumigation & pest control services; one off home cleaning. The Operations supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the 100% customer satisfaction is achieved.



Job Title:  Cleaning Operations Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and implement all one-off cleaning operations
  • Ensure that services are operated safely, hygienically and to contractual specifications.
  • Ensure all cleaning operations are executed within the agreed time frame
  • Ensure the proper utilisation of materials to execute jobs
  • Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment and supervise the use of such equipment and chemicals
  • Conduct regular trainings for cleaning operatives on the professional handling and use of cleaning machineries and equipment.
  • Create a detailed work schedule for each one-off cleaning operations assigned
  • Manage relationship with all stakeholders
  • Ensure that relevant documents, MOUs and feedback/job satisfaction form(s) are administered and signed off as appropriate
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issues
  • Source for prospective clients for the organization
  • Submit reports to the Business manager on all activities

Qualifications


  • Minimum of OND in any relevant course
  • At least 3 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Proven experience in leading a cleaning team.
  • Understanding of various cleaning approaches and methods.
  • Industry acumen and knowledge of external cleaning developments and innovations.
  • Basic to Intermediate level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Package
