Job Title: Shift Engineer

Location:

Job Purpose/Core Functions

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Preform production in the shift through optimum utilization of manpower, machines and other infrastructure to ensure that shift production targets are met and that the production always meets the specification.
  • Ensure that all the quality system requirements are met in the shift like process monitoring, housekeeping and documentation.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of the equipment as per schedule. Trouble shoot operational process, quality issues and machine breakdowns.
Other Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Execute tool change over and fill the change over report.
  • Ensure the work in process products are cleared within the shift.
  • Ensure the machines are running at the rated speeds.
  • Ensure that the wastages are under budgetary levels and ensure maximum recycling of raw material.
  • Ensure contingency plans are in place in case of shortage of manpower.
  • Assess the training needs of subordinates and submit to production executive.
  • Develop team members for job flexibility (intra team and inter team)
  • Maintain production log book for each machine and prepare shift production report.
  • Check the machine safety feature periodically and report to maintenance in case of any failure.
  • Ensure that operators/helpers always work in safe environment.
  • Always ensure the cleanliness of production floor and equipment and give awareness to operators/helpers about housekeeping.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Age : 30 - 35 yrs
  • Experience : 5-10 yrs
  • Previous experience in perform industry and exposure to Husky and Natstal machines.




Job Title: Taxation Manager

Location:
Lagos

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Tax manager will be responsible for planning, preparing and analyzing local, state and federal tax returns for the organization.
  • He would advise and help in effective management of tax risks and liabilities associated with various business transactions of the company.
  • In addition, the position will also help improve the internal controls for recording and tracking income, property and other tax information.
  • He will also ensure developing tax saving strategies and reconciling tax data on the financial statements.
Other Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that company's earnings, expenditures and investments are reported with accuracy and completeness.
  • Plan and prepare all the required returns for the companies.
  • Interpret local tax codes and ensure compliance. Also research the implications of tax laws and advise the company on tax related issues. Examine and develop tax-saving strategies.
  • Help minimize tax risks associated with various business dealings of the company.
  • Audit internal controls for accuracy.
  • Track income, property and other local/state taxes.
  • Reconcile tax data on financial statements.
  • Plan, direct, and execute various tax projects.
  • Perform research and prepare/review technical tax memorandum.
  • Manage, develop, and mentor staff/managers on projects and assess performance through formal periodic reviews and informal feedback.

Job Title: Group Project Manager

Location:
Lagos

Job Purpose/Core Functions

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define the project scope in coordination with senior management.
  • Project design, planning, scheduling and execution of various group projects.
  • Ensure that the project delivers on time, within the budget and at the required level of quality..
Other Functions and Responsibilities
  • Managing and leading the project team.
  • Prepare a detailed project work plan and sequence the activities on priority basis to successfully complete the project.
  • Preparation of project layouts, budget, activity list and scheduling.
  • Execute the project according to the project plan.
  • Identification of various vendors/consultants & carry out due diligence.
  • Procurement of Manpower, training & assigning.
  • Regular communication with project team/vendors/consultants.
  • Liaise with Govt office on specific approvals.
  • Evaluate project performance against budget, schedule & scope.
  • Submit the project final report to the Management.
  • Carry out project acceptance test with vendors and hand over the same to end users.
  • Monitoring the project progress, quality and performance on daily basis.
  • Review the project progress & quality with the project advisor’s team on weekly basis to ensure to meet the project quality standards and time lines.
  • Identify corrective actions to address the issues like change in scope, time and quality.
  • Tracking of the project budget & time lines against actual.
  • Enforcing project policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with various vendors & project advisors on technical clarifications & design.

Requirements
