Our client is one of Nigeria’s leading Realty and Facility Management Company. Due to internal expansion and re-structuring, they are looking to the services of:

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Group CEO and Group ED
Job Summary

The Finance Manager shall be responsible for accounting, budgeting, business planning, financial control and corporate financing.
The Finance Manager shall sit on Company Group level (above all the companies in the group).

Key Responsibilities

Manager of Finance and Accounts related matters.
Plan and implement the corporate strategy.
Plan and seek corporate and project financing when necessary.
Negotiate with Banks for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate.
Maximize income for company where possible and appropriate.

Academic and Professional qualifications

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting related course.
Work Experience in Finance or Accounting.
Experience in IFRS accounting.
Chartered Accountant (ICAN).
Minimum 5 - 10 years working experience.
Minimum 3 years in managerial position.

Additional Requirement:

Proactive - candidate that has the confidence to take leadership and responsibility of the company’s’ Finance department, bring new ideas and procedures.
Resides in Lagos
Well-spoken and put together.
