Job Title: Account Officer 2
Location: Oyo
Job Description

• Processing of stock transfer voucher
• Processing of receipt note from warehouse
• Generate POs and purchase
• Processing purchase for payment as at due date
• Maintaining of supplier debt report
• Maintaining of reorder quantity report for all SKU’s
• Any other job given by the line manager
• Daily reconciliation of bin card with system
• Weekly reconciliation of physical stock / material with bin card and system
• Prepare and send daily stock report
• Prepare and send weekly stock reconciliation report

• Minimum qualification, OND in accounting

• Processing of stock transfer voucher

• Prepare and send weekly stock reconciliation report

• Minimum qualification, OND in accounting

• Daily Backup of ERP to external drive
• Provides IT supports in the factory
• Reports directly to finance/ IT manager

• Minimum qualification, HND Computer Engineering or other related field.
