We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: State Team Leader
Location:
Abuja
Requirements

  • At least a Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences and related subjects is essential
  • 5 years previous experience conducting large facility level surveys in the health sector essential
  • Knowledge of country and state context is essential
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Nigeria health sector is essential
  • Ability to communicate in local languages in assigned survey state is required
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a survey is essential
  • Previous experience with facility based surveys or Public Expenditure Tracking Surveys a plus

Job Title: Project Manager
Location:
Abuja
Education
  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences or related field is essential.
Experience
  • 10 years of experience managing large scale data collection on health related topics is essential. Previous experience with maternal and child health programs an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years proven experience with data quality assurance mechanisms (field work management, data entry programming, etc.) required.
  • Proven ability to facilitate communication between different stakeholders, government, non-government, and academic institutions.
  • Understanding of the Nigeria health sector, with track record of collaborating with the government is required
  • Ability to communicate in local languages a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to deploy surveys in multiple states essential
  • Previous experience with facility based surveys or Public Expenditure Tracking Surveys a plus


Job Title: Enumerator Type 1
Location:
Abuja
Job Description
  • Primary Role is to complete modules on facility and staff audit, and facility financing.
Education
  • University degree or advanced training in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics
Experience:
  • Experience in defining a budget and/or tracking of income and expenditures in a business or firm
  • An understanding of health facility inputs
  • Good quantitative skills
  • A general understanding of national financing mechanisms in health
  • Experience with survey field work

Job Title: Enumerator Type 2
Location:
Abuja
Job Description
  • Primary Role is to complete clinical knowledge assessment, record reviews, observation of provider-patient consultation and exit interviews
Education
  • University degree or advanced training as a Medical Officer, or registered Nurse.
Experience:
  • Experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent understanding of clinical procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of priority diseases
  • A general understanding of national health system structure and policies
  • Preferably some experience with survey work, although this is not a critical requirement.
