We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Territorial Sales Supervisor
Location: Nigeria
Job Descriptions
The TSS is expected to manage all Canvassers in his/her Territory as well as:

• Train & Retrain all Canvassers in his territory as often as required
• Create a WhatsApp Group for daily reporting of field activations.
• Escalate all issues to the RSS
• Provide Weekly Route Map to include routes along the Top Image Retail Agent locations.
• Commission is tied to performance of Canvassers within their territory
• Provide Daily Report to the RSS
• Provide Weekly report to RSS
• Ensure all new product information is cascaded to the entire team.

• A minimum of OND with sales experience + understanding of the territory & communication in local language will be required.

• Train & Retrain all TSS in his/her territory as often as required
• Create a WhatsApp Group for daily reporting of TSS.
• Provide Daily performance report to the MFS Regional Coordinator & Head Office
• Provide Weekly performance report to the MFS Regional Coordinator & Head Office
• Liaise with the Top image regional coordinator for update on new TIA agent locations.
• Ensure all new product information is cascaded to the entire sales team within the region
• Ensure all Canvassers accounts are funded always
• Commission is tied to performance of the Territory Canvassers within their region.
• Provide weekly report to head office on locations where TIA retail agents are required for sustainability of new customers on boarded.

• A minimum of B.SC /HND at least will be required.
