Our client, a Property Development company as requested to fill the below vacancy:


Job Title: Customer Service/ Admin
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• OND/HND/B.Sc holders.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience in similar positions.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing prospective customers
• Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach potential customers through cold calling
• Proven working experience as a sales representative
• Candidate must have a relevant first Degree A minimum of 1 years post NYSC work experience is required.

• Candidate must be creative and able perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing projects.
• Must also have an excellent drawing skills and familiarity with current design software’s; time management skills; logical & analytical approach to problem solving; presentation skills; visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Candidate must have a relevant first Degree A minimum of 2 years post NYSC work experience is required.
