Job Description

  • Assess performance of work daily in order to meet the productivity target
  • Ensure work schedules are accurate with proper shifts arrangements
  • Coordinate transportation of all staff.
  • Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related challenges
  • Monitor unscheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to tackle such issues.
  • Dealing with grievances
  • Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans amongst the outsourcing staff members
  • Monitor daily attendance, investigate and resolve causes of absenteeism
  • Supervision of employees; ensuring the constant use Personal Protective Equipment when in the factory and ensure compliance with factory regulations.
  • Timely delivery of information and reports
Requirements
  • B.Sc./HND in any field.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to lead people.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Factory Supervisor.
  • Computer Literacy: Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft word.
  • Good communication skills.
