Job Title:   HSE Specialist
Job Requirement
  • Provision of day to day HSSE advice and support,
  • Development and implementation of HSSE Plans
  • Conduct training and review staff understanding on incident investigations and root cause analysis,
  • Develop staff ability to prepare and communicate the monthly HSE report
  •  Support, mentor and develop national HSSE advisor(s) in safety awareness and observation around the workplace
  •  Provide instruction on the appropriate provision of safety data to client and Company.
  •  Lead HSSE implementation during project
Qualifications
  • Engineering Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.)
  • A minimum of five (5) years working experience
  • HSE knowledge and experience and advanced NEBOSH certification will be an added advantage
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook)

Job Title:  HR Officer - Learning and Development

Job Requirement
  • Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
  • Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization.
  • Work in a team to develop programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level.
  • Develop training materials for in-house courses.
  • Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budget
  • Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
  • Monitor and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in an Art or Social Science program.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years post NYSC experience within a reputable organization
  • Skills/Competencies: Reporting and Business Writing, Research, Verbal and Oral Communication, Confidentiality, Time Management, Relationship management and Marketing skills. Working Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology tools and Social Media Platforms.



Job Title:   Traders for Crude and Vessel Management

Job Requirement
  • Actively participates in the investigation of accidents and incidents involving vessel damage and personnel injuries on assigned vessels.
  • Performs deal validation, analysis and problem identification for executed trades on a daily basis.
  • Performs position scenario analysis based
  • Performs daily market surveys for price discovery with respect to next day trading.
  • Participates in HSE safety audits on assigned vessels.  
  • Ensures that vessels are crewed, operated and maintained in accordance with national / international regulatory requirements, company standards and customer expectations.
  • Liaise with client personnel during job planning and execution to ensure that both parties have an understanding of the operational requirements of upcoming and ongoing projects
  • Act as a resource for the commercial department during client presentations and / or other planning activities on assigned vessel / clients
  • Assists in the development and adherence of the operational budgets.
  • Responsible for the submission of signed (by company rep) Daily Position Reports, end of month field tickets and meal reports being timely received from the field
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in relevant field
  • A minimum of five (5) years working experience
  • Understanding of Oil & Gas Industry Dynamics & World Markets
  • Understanding of Energy Trading Markets



Job Title:   IT Manager

Job Requirement
  • Provide regular guidance and direction to the Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations Team.
  • Track and Monitor team performance, workgroups performance and individual performance.
  • Handle Escalated issues and requests to ensure they are executed and communicated timely.
  • Windows administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows, SQL & Exchange server, antivirus, network monitoring technologies.
  • Troubleshooting & supporting servers, desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, network & IT devices
  • Knowledge of Backups and recovery.
  • Understanding of IT budgeting, vendor & services management, excel analysis.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of first Degree or HND in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Information Technology.
  • A minimum of five (5) years Hardware/Software hands-on experience in IT in a reputable firm. Experience in the Oil and Gas industry will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux server technologies.
  • Background and experience about ITIL processes, Request fulfillment, Asset management and Project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Phase/ Stage gate). 
  • Exceptional relationship management and consensus building skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence others at all levels of a global organization.


Job Title:  HR Officer Compensation and Benefit

Job Requirement
  • Participate in key pay and benefits surveys  
  • Provide advice and guidance in compensation and benefit policies and practice  
  • Monitor the company's competitiveness regarding compensation and benefits
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as retirement plans; medical plans; group life insurance plans; temporary/permanent disability and accidental death policies among others.
  • Plan, develop, and/or participate in market and industry surveys. Analyze results of surveys and develop specific recommendations for review by management.
Qualifications
  • BSc/HND in any management discipline, a numerate discipline will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role,
  • Demonstrable interface (cross-functional) management skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and specifically designed spreadsheets.
  • Ability to effectively and accurately analyze data
