Job Title: Special Assistant in the Chairman's Office
Location: Nigeria
Specific Responsibilities

• Working directly with the Chairman, the successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the Chairman's diary, follow-ups and schedulling of programmes and activites.
• Should be ready to make trips at short notices. He/she will serve an the repository of information on general economic, business and financial conditions, analyzing their impact on the Group's strategies and objectives, for use by executive manegement.
• He/she will undertake any other duty assigned from time to time by the Chairman

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics from a reputable institution
• Master’s degree in international business or any of the Social Science
• Minimum of 10 years experience from reputable organisation. Exposure to the banking, oil and gas, and maritime industry will be an advantage.
• Good research, analytical and writing skills, and public/government relations
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suiteand other relevant computer application
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to with stand pressure.
• Good office management, secretariat and administrative skills
• Ideal age should be between 35-45 years

• Reporting to the Chairman, the Managing Director will take prime responsibility for ensuring the company's growth, profitability, prosperity and sustainability as well as Increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
• This role is for a seasoned and qualified professional with leadership skills in business development, project management, organisational development strategic planning and change management.

• Manage and develop a high performance team, maintaining a positive and proactive working environment that encourages efficient team working
• Manage relationships with all contractors and service providers to the company.
• Manage relationship with intermediate management and below for optimisation of the Nigeria Content incentives.
• Manage relationships with regulatory and other agencies for effective policy compliance

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management Sciences. A quality MBA would be an added advantage.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing activities namely developing new business and generating sales, market and marketing strategies, products development, product delivery, sales and ensuring good customer service.
• In this role, he/she will be responsible for the day-to-day management and motivation of the entire marketing team.

• Reporting to the Board, the candidate will be responsible for group risk management including compliance to people, regulators, finance and economic risks for business continuity while interacting with management at all levels and developing the annual risk management and internal audit plans including the team program and schedule.

• Developing risk management framework and strategies and independently conducting company-wide and project specific risk assessments
• Implement efficient internal control processes and regulatory compliance;
• Developing framework for the standardization of all processes to ensure appropriate monitoring and follow up on key initiatives.
• Undertaking review and risk assessment of key initiative, projects and operation activities

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution plus ICAN/ACA/ACCA/CISA
• Strong background in finance specifically sound knowledge of oil and gas financing operations and risks.
• Minimum of 6 years working experience spanning in Financial Accounting, Tax and Audit,Treasury and Risk Management (2 of which must be an auditing and regulation or risk management at senior management level).
• Leadership skills and Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management
• Understanding of current global trends in risk management.

• Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's activities namely tankfarm and jetty operations including stock management (storage and sales of various petroleum products), products loading and offloading, product delivery vie truck tankers, and maintenance of the company's operations assets in good working condition.
• This role will carry responsibility far the day-to-day management and motivation of the entire operations personnel

• The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the development and implementation of appropriate financial management framework to support the realization of overall corporate goals and objectives of the company.
• He/she will safeguard the assets of the Company and maintain the integrity of the financial reports.

• Manage the company's financial resources and ensure conformity of all financial reports with standards, corporate accounting policies and principles.
• Ensure that the company's accounting systems and procedures are up-to-date and comply with appropriate statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership of the department and oversight of financial decision of the organisation.

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience of which at least 4 years must be at senior level. Previous experience as a CFO or Finance Controller or finance analyst in banking sector with experience in international trade and processing of Letters of Credit will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical background and demonstrable ability to establish goals and deliver results
• Sound business and financial judgment with problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of Sage ERP Accounting software
• Ideal age should be between 35-42 years.

• The successful candidate will act as Secretary to the Committees of the Board and will have responsibility for the provision of legal advice on all matters concerning the company's operation and statutory issues.
