Job Title: Engineering Store Controller

Description:

• Control Engineering Spares
• Identify And Control Inventory Of Engineering Spares

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bsc/HND Engineering or Social Science
• Minimum 3 years prior experience in a FMCG environment
• Microsoft office proficiency
• Previous Experience in the use of system based store management applications will be an added advantage
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work with multi- disciplinary teams

Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Engineer
Location: Rivers
Description:

• Optimise plc and scada software and equipment availability and reliability
• Support line teams with plc and scada troubleshooting
• Maintenance and calibration of field instrumentation and measuring devices
• Field instrumentation maintained and calibrated
• Facilitate problem solving and decision making
• Optimise and facilitate team performance/dynamics
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum B.ENG/HND Electrical/Electronics
• Good knowledge of best practices in manufacturing
• Good knowledge of best practices in asset management is required
• Knowledge /experience in siemens PLCS programming is very important
• High Analytical and evaluative skills
• Membership of COREN/NSE will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 7 years prior experience in a FMCG environment
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• Microsoft office proficiency

Job Title: Laboratory Instrument Technician
Location: Rivers
Description:

• Maintain, repair and optimise plant laboratory and associate devices
• Champion Quality at source equipment maintenance and calibration
• Liaises With OEM/Rep for quarterly, biannual and yearly equipment maintenance to schedule
• Champions asset care/COSWIN implementation for quality control
• Facilitate team problem solving and decision making
• Effectively work and communicate across teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc In Sciences
• Good knowledge of best Laboratory Equipment Handling practices in Manufacturing
• Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a FMCG environment
• Not less than 2 years’ experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• Must be Computer literate

Job Title: Hygiene Specialist
Location: Rivers
Description:

• Identify critical hygiene requirements in a brewery environment
• Optimise brewery hygiene practices
• Facilitate problem solving and decision making
• Contribute to team and self development
• Monitor plant hygiene standards
• Develop And Review CMMP (Critical Microbiological Monitoring Points) in time
• Conduct CIP, GMP and hygiene inspections in accordance with applicable audit documents and schedule
• Champion good manufacturing practices and hygiene

Requirements:

• Minimum B.Sc/HND in Microbiology or Food Science
• Good knowledge of best hygiene global practices in manufacturing
• High analytical and evaluative skills
• Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a FMCG environment

Job Title: Brewing Maintenance Planner

Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Eng/HND. In Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics
• Good knowledge of best brewing practices in Manufacturing

• Must be proficient in Microsoft packages-excel, Power Point, Word
• Strong influencing ability and good communication skills.
