Job Title: Team Lead- Account/Finance Personnel
Location: Lagos, NIGERIA
Job Description:

Leadership skills to drive members to perform at the required level
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholder
Manage client expectations
Plan, assign and review team's work
Oversee the daily and monthly reconciliations team and ensure necessary guidelines are followed
Ensure accurate and timely preparations by the team
Flag issues and concerns to the operations team

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting

Knowledge & Skills:

Preferable Minimum of 4 years of experience with vendor statement reconciliation, project accounting or Payroll reconciliation.
ERP Knowledge - SAP and Excel skills
