Job Title: General Hospital Manager

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or other Healthcare related degree
  • Master’s Degree in Management or Healthcare administration
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Management experience (minimum of 3 years at manager level in
    healthcare sector), including significant budget and staff management
    experience
  • Health service sector experience is essential
  • Develop procedures for quality assurance, patient services,
    medical treatments, department activities and public relations outreach
  • Evidence of ability to lead people successfully
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Must understand the workings of medical services as well as
    business procedures, and must be able to reconcile the two to ensure a
    balanced organization that maintains standards and efficiency
