Job Title: Senior IT Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs.
• Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems
• Guaranteeing the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision
• Handling of all our social media including video and audio streaming.

• A graduate of Computer Science with a second class upper division from a reputable institution.
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Compile and analyse financial Information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Prepare financial management reports.
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
• Monitor and support taxation requirements
• Evaluate and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
• Preparing and presenting timely management accounts to the Board as required.

• Accounting degree or HND equivalent in Accounting plus membership of relevant professional bodies such as ICAN, ACCA is compulsory
• Minimum of 8 years experience in the Management of Financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
• Must be between 35 years and above.

• Manage customer relationship
• Source advertising opportunities and secure sponsorship.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Conduct market research for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns.

• A first degree in Marketing, Applied or Social Sciences or related discipline from a reputable institution.
• Must be a registered member of APCON and NIM
• A pleasant personality, excellent communication skills with good knowledge of radio broadcasting business environment.

• Establish strategies to pretest loss of revenue through airtime and cash misappropriation.
• Lead day to day internal audit activities by creating necessary control strategies on how to order is received and processed via the Traffic Unit, ensure payment is made for all scheduled items, check whether invoices that are sent to agencies reflect airtime used for the month, confirm if cash/cheque posted in accounts agrees with what the total should be based on cash jobs handled in the month.
• Develop the annual audit plan, strategy and budget to insure coverage of physical and financial assets, risks and compliance requirements.
• Prepare detailed audit documentation and working papers for assigned areas in accordance with internal audit policies standards and guidelines.

• A good first degree or its HND equivalent in Accounting plus membership of relevant professional bodies such as ICAN, ACCA is compulsory
• Minimum of 5 years of combined External /Internal Auditing experience with at least 5 years in a structured Audit firm.
• Previous work experience in a bank or any financial institution would be ready to work anywhere the company has interest
• Must be between 35 years and above.
