Job Title: Channel Account Manager
Job description
As a Channel Account Manager for ITS your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth and leadership position in the FinTech market in general and in the Islamic Banking area specifically.  
This
is an exciting opportunity to develop creative lead generation and
sales incentive ideas while building a personal brand and representing
ITS.
 
You will utilize your exceptional presentation
and relationship building skills to convey ITS value proposition to
large groups of CXO’s and sales people as well as conduct sales
trainings.
You will also work closely with the partners to
ensure we get the most benefit from the partners through lead sharing
campaigns, marketing programs, incentives, sales and technical training,
and events.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve an annual revenue and GOP target.
  • Develop and leverage executive partner relationships to grow ITS market share across all levels of the partnership
  • Generate enthusiasm and passion for ITS products and services among partner sales.
  • Maintain quarterly business plans
  • Develop and oversee marketing and incentive programs to drive sales
  • Coordinate sales and technical training for partners
  • Collaborate
    with the Channel Team to support the overall growth of our channel
    program, development of partner facing collateral and sales tools,
    tracking and internal communication tools, and marketing programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, Presales or channel management to handle African Region.
  • Extensive knowledge of Islamic banking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Desire to build a world class channel program
  • Tenacious and aggressive “hunter” mentality
  • Strong executive presence and financial acumen
  • BA/BS
  • Fluent in English and French language.
  • Knowledge of Ethix solution or GDC services is a plus
