Job Title: Media Sales Executive
- Organizing sales visits
- Reviewing sales performance monthly
- Negotiating contracts and packages whenever
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Establishing new business
- Demonstrating and presenting products to prospective clients
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Maintaining accurate records of prospective and successive client
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- IT skills
- Social Media Savvy
- Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness
