Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Descriptions

  • This position reports to the Head of the Sales and Marketing Department and the CEO.

Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • Develop and enhance the company’s business processes by helping
    to organize the information and document gathering and analysis
    processes,
  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in roles
    such as business/operations/financial analyst, business manager, or
    project consultant
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in business /
    operations management, engineering, computer science or other
    quantitatively inclined course of study
  • Willing to work in any part of Nigeria and role might also necessitate frequent local travels
  • Developing a deep understanding of the production, logistics and
    sales operations; providing support for different divisions with
    inventory monitoring, supply chain management, operational forecasts and
    performance analysis and map out all operation processes.
  • Proven business analysis skills including proficiency in excel
    and other MS office applications, writing business plans, basic
    financial modelling, and drafting of proposals and presentations to
    senior management
  • Must have the capacity to multi-task and be organized to manage
    multiple deadlines from multiple people on a daily basis. Excellent
    knowledge of ERP package is required

Job Title: Human Resources Partner

    manage issues relating to employment, employee relations, compensation,
    benefits, and other areas of HR

Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • The HR Business Partner will focus on aligning HR activities
    with the business by providing a comprehensive, professional and
    efficient service, offering strategic and operational support, advice
    and information to the management and staff.
  • Ensure through advice & monitoring that HR policies are
    implemented consistently, & that the core values of the company with
    regard to people are upheld
  • Advice all employees on the HR & employee relations policies
  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience in general
    human resources with knowledge of federal and state employment and
    benefit laws
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Science, or Social Science. A post graduate qualification in HR is preferable
  • Certification in multiple human resource disciplines would be an added advantage
  • Must be willing to work in any part of Nigeria.

Job Title: Financial Controller

  • This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will be
    responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company
    operations.
  • The Financial Controller will also have oversight over procurement and supply chain management

Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, finance, accounting/ERP
    package usage, budgeting, and cost control principles including
    Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International
    Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
  • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
  • A minimum of 12 to 15 years work experience with the last 4
    years of experience in a senior leadership capacity as Head of
    Finance/Financial Controller managing all aspects of Finance, Banking,
    import process, Accounts and MIS.

    regions.

Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • Seeking a NSM that can focus on marketing expansion and
    identifying emerging market trends with a complete understanding of
    marketing channels, distribution system, supply chain, product handling
  • Plan, direct and implement Sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the company.
  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives
  • A minimum of 15 years work experience with the last 3 to 5 years
    of leadership experience as a Regional/Zonal sales Manager leading a
    sales team, with proven successful track record in sales and delivering
    against targets
  • Bachelor’s degree obtained from a reputable university.

    added advantage
