Sanddriana Travels and Tours is a travel and tour outfit
located in Victoria Island, we make Flight Reservations and issue both
International and Local tickets.we also make Hotel Reservations and
render travel assistance.
Sanddriana Travels and Tours is recruiting to fill the job position below:

Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Managing the ticketing department effectively
  • Devincing means for growth
  • Working to strict deadlines and achieving targets as outlined by the Managing director.
  • Provide responsive services to clients ensuring that all
    queries, complaints, problems and transaction requests are attended to
    quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Develop and implement action plans to develop new business and to broaden existing client relationship.
  • Problem solving, planning and decision making.
  • Providing help and advice to our customers on our products and services.

Requirements

  • Must have a degree in any relevant discipline
  • Must have at least three years working experience as an office manager.
  • Must have good knowledge of the use of Amadeus
  • Must be able to work without supervision
