Job Title: Branch Business Manager
- · Responsible for opening new accounts and follow-up on outstanding documentation.
- · Responsible for the provision and safe keeping of customers’ information and files.
- · Following up on collections.
- · Create awareness for the company’s financial products.
- · Administer and ensure compliance to all sale objectives.
- · Manage the sales of the company's products in a professional manner.
- · Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
- · Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.
- · Manage various documents for all sources effectively.
- · Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Service Manager.
- - B.Sc/HND in any field from any recognised University or Polytechnic.
- - Quality experience in the Financial Services Industry. Pension Industry Experience is an added advantage.
- - Application from candidates who are indigenes and resident in their states (or locations) will be given priority.
