An Automobile Manufacturing Plant, is recruiting exceptional talents with high level of initiative to fill the position below: Job Title: HR/Admin Manager Location: Ogun Key Responsibilities

• The incumbent s responsible for creating policies, procedures and manuals for the smooth running of the office and to drive their implementations.

• First degree in Personnel Management, Humanities or Business related field
• Professional HR qualification
• Minimum of 6 years experience in human resources management and at least 3 years in office administration
• Must have good understanding of labor laws ard industrial relations/arbitration
• Applicants should reside around Ode Remo in Ogun State or it environs

• First degree/HND in Estate Management or Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 4 years experience in facility Management
• Knowledge of horticulture and management of gardens
• knowledge of the operations and maintenance of a estate services
• Candidates should reside around Lekkl / Ajah and its environs

• B.ENG or HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Procurement of Automobile spare parts
• Must have strong contract negotiation aid management skills
• A masters degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be a plus
• Applicants should reside around Ode Remo in Ogon State or its environs

• The maintenance officer will be responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery and carry out maintenance work, diagnosing problems and fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working properly

• First degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 4 years hands on experience in repair of Diesel Generators arid Air compressor
• Ability to work will little or no supervisor is an added advantage

• Assist the Procurement Manager in ensuring that the organization secures the best deals for products and services it purchases.

• B.Eng or HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Procurement of Automobile spare parts.
• Must have strong contract negotiation and management skills
• Knowledge of Project Management Professional (PMP) will be a plus
• Applicants should reside around Ode Remo in Ogun State or its environs

• The Head Waste Management will be responsible for sourcing various scrap materials used in the Aluminum and Steel industry from within and outside Nigeria

• B.ENG or HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years experience in the Aluminum and steel industry
• Must have strong contract negotiation, decision making and management skills
• Should possess the ability to identify various metals e g Aluminum, steel, Iron
• Knowledge of Project Management Professional (PMP) will be a plus
• Strong human & interpersonal relationship skills and ability to manage a large pool of staff
• Must be willing to travel within and outside Nigeria
