We sell through a chain of showrooms spread all over the country with the highest customer service. Cozy Choice Concept Limited is recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Lagos Qualifications

• B.Sc/HND in Business Admin, Marketing or any other related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a sales person in a related position.

• Must be able to initiate transactions and follow up with customers to sell or resolve problems, answer questions and correspondence, and complete reports associated to sales, orders, queries and complaints.
• Assist customers and arrange payment terms in accordance with established guidelines.
• Perform in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions.
• Creates and maintains computer files and queries for follow-up action.
• Prepare process, review and monitor various documents such as contracts and other documents.
• Contact current and prospective customers to sell and explain products, perform account rounding and solicit new business within the market area.

• Fluency in English language is a must
• Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
• Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
• Customer Service Skills:You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listen to their needs and help communicate options for them.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
