• To  provide  high  quality,  results  focused  and professional  gym  instructing  to facilitate people of all ages and varying needs through the delivery of safe and effective appraisals, programs, instruction, education and motivation.

• Customers and Service
• Work within a team environment to create, maintain and promote a clean, well organised  health  club  and  a  harmonious  and  happy environment  where customers are happy to attend regularly.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard.
• Provide and maintain excellent service and assist customers with general gym enquiries    and sales (walk in and phone in).
• Conduct valid and reliable fitness appraisals and programs using standardized methods
• Design and monitor effective individualized programs for clients. Safely instruct members through their personal program.
• Ensure that membership fees are charged in accordance with the gym fees and charges as adopted by management of the hotel, unless special and/or promotional fees are authorized by Management.
• Actively promote the membership packages.
• Promote the  Gym at every opportunity and provide excellent customer service.
• Adopt a team approach to the operations of the Gym.
• Provide instruction to clients in techniques and equipment use in the gym facilities.
• Monitor members’ training by walking the gym floor and offering assistance.
• Provide motivation and positive feedback to clients using the facilities in the health club.
• Ensure a high level of personal and team motivation is maintained.
• Take direction from Senior Staff.

• Good understanding in the delivery of exercise programs that allow members to achieve their fitness goals.

• Previous experience in a Gym environment.

• To provide high quality results focused gym instructions and personal training to facilitate people to all ages and varying needs through the delivery of safe and effective appraisals and instructions.

• Primarily responsible to Greet and welcome all guest to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner.
• In Addition to assist guests with luggage, Porters are also responsible to collect and distribute post, parcels. And also deal with general inquiries and ensuring the lobby and forecourt areas are always clean and tidy Checks the daily arrival list for guests with special need.
• To be present at the reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested. Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
• Transport departing guest’s luggage from the room to the lobby, then into a car or taxi after reconfirming with the guest.
• Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
• Assist the senior Concierge on duty with his/her duties during busy periods and breaks.
• Assist with answering the telephone and taking messages, transferring calls or dealing with enquiries.
• Tag baggage it and return the identification slips to guests.
• Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
