In our quest to strengthen our Operations and consolidate our position as a Market Leader, we desire to recruit highly competent, talented and self-motivated individuals to fill the vacant position below: Job Title: Commercial Director (REF. NO: RCCD001) Location: Lagos Specific Responsibilities will Include but not limited to

  • Developing and driving the Compan's long and short term revenue growth strategies, profits and increasing Shareholder returns.
  • Leading commercial business performance management and decision support.
  • Empowering and motivating sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Assisting in embedding a commercial, customer-focused approach to all business processes and activities.
  • Continuously seeking market opportunities. conditions and associated business developments.
  • Providing strategic direction and partnering with the Sales Directors for the overall operations of various sales units to achieve the Organisotion’s business plans.
Qualifications Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering or any other related field. An MBA or other relevant post graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong Presentation and Negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of marketing and promotional channels in local and international markets.
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams and ability to carry them along in driving marketing initiatives.
  • People management experience, including proven ability to identify and develop talents.
  • Above 45 years of age with minimum of 18 years of cognate relevant experience, at least 8 years of which must be at senior management position in a blue chip company preferably in FMCG, Telecommunications. Banking etc.
  • Experience in establishing and building strong collaborative business partnerships with Partners.
  • Strong strategic orientation, leadership, interpersonal, critical- thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration
  • Current Remuneration: Anyone earning less then #35.0m per annum need not apply
