We are recruiting to fill the position of: Job Title: Head of Treasury and Finance Location: Lagos Core Purpose

  • To ensure effective strategic and operational financial planning, monitoring and reporting to enhance the decision making process of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and the Trustees.
Task Complexity You are expected to contribute meaningfully towards team target achievement by:
  • Ensure accurate, complete & timely financial and management reporting, including monthly management accounts, balance sheet control
  • Undertake ad hoc financial analysis from time to time, to assist SMT in evaluating profitability of income streams, and potential for cost efficiencies
  • Statutory Accounts & audit liaison
  • Direct, monitor and trade investment portfolios including Working capital, High-Yield, Escrow, and other portfolios.
  • Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies.
  • Determine the Company’s goals and risk tolerance.
  • Determine the Company’s tax position and the applicability of taxable/non-taxable instruments.
  • Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted.
  • Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
  • Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
  • Manage all aspects of In-house investment portfolios.

Job Specification (Experience & Training)Academic and Professional:
  • First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Economics, Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA,
  • 8-10 years post qualification experience
  • Competencies Required To ensure that the core goals of the organization is achieved through effective;
  • Proficiency in financial accounting & reporting, including external statutory reporting and audit
  • Knowledge of legal and personnel issues
  • High Degree of IT literacy
  • To be passionate about the firms aims and objectives.
  • Applicants MUST have Healthcare experience.
  • Management accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting
  • Proven ability for implementing and monitoring financial controls
  • Staff management experience
Job Title: Chief Medical Advisor Location: Lagos Core Purpose of the Job
  • To define the overall business strategy and direction of the organization. In addition to leading the overall clinical vision for the organization and provide clinical direction to the Health Management, Network, Product and Credentialing divisions.
  • The position provides medical oversight, expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services.
Reeponsibilities
  • You are expected to contribute meaningfully towards team target achievement
  • Keep abreast of emerging models in health care delivery; identify and define new and innovative strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Entrench and constantly supervise Ambulance Inspection process and maintaining standards for both Health Management and Credentialing.
  • Active engagement in business development opportunities to include presenting business and clinical capabilities to employers, legislative officials and other key constituents.
  • Provide clinical guidance, support and education to the Clinical and Network Management organizations.
  • Oversees, directs and supports the rendering of medical management decisions that maximize benefits for customers while pursuing and supporting corporate objectives.
  • Monitors effectiveness of management practices and productivity indicators using data such Acts as the primary liaison between administration’s entity and medical staff.
  • Participates in professional organizations and represents the Organization in a professional, competent manner in the community.

Job Specification (Experience & Training) Academic and Professional
  • First Degree in Medicine with unlimited license to practice.
  • Minimum of 10 Years’ of General Medicine: ER/ICU, Public Health, Anastasia.
  • 5 years in a leadership role in Medical Staff organization and management experience.
  • Must not be older than 45 years of Age.
