• A Degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years Core Experience in Sales of property

• Ability to achieve Sales targets according to agreed timelines
• Ability to prepare and execute Sales action plan and strategies

• A Degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years Core Experience in Real Estate Business Development

• Broad knowledge of the Real Estate/Property Sector in Nigeria and ability to tap into its potentials.
• Ability to initiate Strategic Planning/Business Development process including evaluation of new business opportunities, development & implementation.
• Ability to consummate & executive Joint Venture deals with good ROI.
• Ability to identify, prospect and win facilities management contracts for the company.
• Ability to prospect, execute & realize Real Estate investment opportunities

• Degree in Communications, Social Sciences and Humanities
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience, 5 years of which should be in a core Brand Management position

• Communications, Branding, Marketing, Social Marketing, Graphics Software knowledge.
• The idea/candidate is expected to:
  • Drive the development and implementation of the Organization’s Corporate Communications strategy
  • Design and implement strategic communication initiatives that include Print media, Radio media. Digital and Social media channels to increase the visibility and understanding of the organization vision and mission
  • Articulate, execute and manage strategies on branding, publicity advertising, media management, corporate social responsibility;
  • Evolve policies and guidelines for all aspects of Communications and Brand Management:

• A Degree in Accounting and/or any other financial related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years on the job experience

• Plan financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews/audits.
• Performs audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing and interviewing techniques
• Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepares timely audit reports for executive management, the Audit Committee and the Bound of Directors.
• Analyzes and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of control environment
