W-Holistic Business Solutions - Our client, a reputable Manufacturing company, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Customer Care Officer Location: Lagos Responsibilities The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:

  • Attend to customers orders, enquires and complains through answering phone calls, responding to mails, and other social media platforms.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analysing customers orders, enquiries and complains, and send it through the management reporting system.
  • Occasionally be involved in attending to walk-in customers, and going on errands, as required by the CEO.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualification
  • The candidates should have OND/HND in any field with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
  • The Ideal candidate must be resident in Ogba, Lagos.
Competencies and Skills:
  • Good Communication Skills (Oral and Writing)
  • Must be able to Listen effectively
  • Must be Humble
  • Must possess phone answering skills
  • Must be Patient
  • Must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suit, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to write reports.
