Novus Consulting, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Service Support Officer Location: Lagos Preferred Grade: Security Guard Key Job Responsibilities

Provide professional, efficient, approachable security service, and high level of customer service to staff and customers at all times.
Ensure that those who should not be granted access to the Banking hall are professionally and politely prevented from gaining access or escorted from the premises.
Carry out internal and external patrol, day and night to ensure safe and secure environment, recording maintenance issues, potential breaches of security or unusual occurrences as appropriate.
To assist customers with helpful advice, guidance and information where necessary

Requirements

A good ND or HND certification.
Not more than 45 years old.
Certificates in security training would be an added advantage.
Prior experience of security role will also be an added advantage.
