Vacancies in a Travel and Leisure Company for Travel Agents

Lohi Consulting - Our client, in a travel and leisure industry in Lagos State, seeks applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Travel Agent Location: Lagos Job Description

The travel agent should possess excellent skill in resolving customers complaints and booking issues with a good attitude to customers.
While experience is important, membership in an aviation body is an advantage.

Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Agent include but not limited to the following:

Flight booking reservation and issuing tickets capabilities.
Prepare weekly sales order.
Excellent skill in attending to Customers
Ensure team compliance to quality and procedure standard..

Qualification/Experience

First degree in any related course.
Basic training in Galileo and/Amadeus is an advantage.
Basic training in IATA/UFTAA is an advantage.
Membership in an aviation body is a plus.
Minimum of three(3) years work experience in related position.
