Accounts Officer Job in Lagos at Quartz Consulting

Quartz Consulting was established as an Industrial and Labour Relations Consulting firm with emphasis in the area of Human Resource Management. The company was set up with the aim of being a Human Resource management service provider that partners with clients to bring about a value adding and lasting difference within the receiving organisation. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Accounts Officer Location: Lagos Job Description

  • Issuance of receipts to clients, contractors etc
  • Management of petty cash
  • Writing letters to clients & contractors on outstanding payments
  • Reconciliation of differences in accounts where  necessary
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Supply of data and information for the preparation of weekly/monthly reports
  • Collection and disbursement of various cash expenses to staff
  • Registration and disbursement of cheques to clients and vendors
  • Maintenance of company Asset Register
  • Reconciliation of  clients accounts with payment made
Qualifications
  • HND or degree in Accounting only
  • Experience: Fresh Graduate no experience required
