Position: Head, Enrolment and Student Experience Report Directly to: Director Department: Enrolment and Student Experience Office Employment: Fulltime Responsibilities:

· Case management of student enrolments in accordance with enrolment procedure
· Regular updating and maintenance of student records in the School's database
· Consult with Head of Academics and non-academic staff re academic progress and welfare of students
· Participate in weekly status report meetings
· Monitor student school holiday movements
· Processing and issuing of warning letters, enrolment cancellation and school transfer, and extension requests
· Facilitate communication between students, their parents, education agents and the school
· Coordinate professional trainings for team members
· Updating and maintenance of HallelSFC social media accounts
· Development of extra-curricular activities for students
· Assist in the coordination of and representation at promotional events such as open days, orientation events and on-site tours
· Contribute to a positive and successful experience for students
· Student recruitment activities and other related tasks in support of the Enrolment and Student Experience Office

Requirements:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Great team player
· Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
· Ability to plan, control, coordinate and manage activities with minimal supervision
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business or Communications or equivalent work experience
· This position will necessitate some out-of-hours work during peak seasons and in-country travel as required
