We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Training Executive Location: Lekki - Lagos Job Description

  • We have vacancy for the role of Training Executive, preferred candidate should be residing with Lekki Ajah Axis, VI and Ikoyi.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct training need analysis for clients
  • Develop Training Contents
  • Evaluate Training Programs to ensure participants/clients satisfaction.
  • Ensure maximum participation of our open seminars through sales
  • Pitch for Corporate Training Projects(In Plant)
  • Negotiate Training deals.
  • Research on market opportunities for various training programs
Qualifications and Skills
  • A good first Degree with relevant training certifications
  • Good selling skills for various training seminars
  • Good social media skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Selling and making training happen
  • Not more than 32years.
  • Good with the use of design software's
