  • Providing support and assistance regarding the daily task of the Principal screening of visitors with the highest level of friendliness and professionalism.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments with the Principal.
  • Handle the tasks of scanning and indexing documents and manuals into the Electronic filing systems.
  • Handle records of all contracts, distributions and transmitals.
  • Responsible for the originating and maintenance of the MDR (Master Deliverable Register) in relation to the Principal’s.
  • Storing, retrieving and integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients.
  • Attending to incoming/outgoing e-mails and documents.
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.

  • Prepare JRA with FO prior to operation’s commencement.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering plus.
  • Minimum of with 8 years experience in Wireline operations. Good knowledge of equipment is required to be able to supervise and co ordinate effectively.
  • Good oral, written presentation and communication skill in English language.
  • Have a PC literate with word processing and spread sheet applications in a Window environment.
  • International Well Control (IWCF) Certificate.
  • SAS HUET certificate
  • Category A, Emergency Breathing System (CA,-EBS)

  • Ensures that all drilling and completion equipment sent to the rigs or contractors’ base from Onne base is shipped as per Total Lifting and Safety standards.
  • Maintains QAQC on all equipment before use or load-out
  • Follows up Material Management in close co-operation with stock buyers and warehouse personnel.
  • Ensures that appropriate equipment is effectively shipped as per superintendents’ instructions, company’s HSE policies, cargo manifest and International standards. Proper packaging of material to rig site is essential
  • Is in charge of organising the oil equipment storage and handling with the agreement of the head of logistics, material officers and store- keepers for optimised efficiency and control for in/out movement of materials
  • Performs all entries in Unisup in relation to Offshore Marine Logistics Management and procedures.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure they are effectively organising collection of their equipment, in particular to avoid rental equipment to standby on the quay side for several days.

  • Guarantee the safe execution of agreed X-Mas Tree intervention programmed activities on time at the well site, in compliance with codes of practices, all while optimizing and improving costs and lead times.

  • Provide input to, and liaise with, superintendent (or RSES-D) to develop and generate suitable well intervention reporting.
  • Organize X-Mas Tree intervention activities, in accordance with the planning and under the control of his superintendent.
