We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Clinical Psychologist Location: Anambra Job Functions

  • Counsel individuals and groups regarding problems such as stress, substance abuse, and family situations, in order to modify behaviour and/or to improve personal, social, and vocational adjustment.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of counselling or treatments, and the accuracy and completeness of diagnoses, and then modify plans and diagnoses as necessary.
  • Interact with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
  • Obtain and study medical, psychological, social, and family histories, by interviewing individuals, couples, or families, and by reviewing records.
  • Select, administer, score, and interpret psychological tests in order to obtain information on individuals' intelligence, achievements, interests, and personalities.
  • Utilize a variety of treatment methods such as psychotherapy, hypnosis, behaviour modification, stress reduction therapy, psychodrama, and play therapy.
  • Offering therapy and treatments for difficulties relating to mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, and addiction, social and interpersonal problems.
  • Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioural issues, and diagnose disorders, using information obtained from interviews, tests, records, and reference materials.
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside doctors, nurses, social workers, education professionals, health visitors, psychiatrists and occupational therapists;
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans, specifying type, frequency, Intensity, and duration of therapy.
  • Prepare and type a psychological formulation for every patient in therapy
Required Qualification and Experience
  • A minimum of a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Knowledge of Psychological Formulations using different psychological models

Job Title: Medical Officer Location: Akwa- Anambra State Responsibilities
  • Inpatient Assessment, ward rounds and review (diagnosis, management plan medications).
  • Liaising with consultants with regards to Inpatient and Outpatient care.
  • Outpatient review and initial assessment.
  • Relating with patient’s relatives / caregivers on present state of health and further management.
  • Home pickups of clients/potential clients.
  • Staff reviews on health-related matters.
  • Providing documentation as regards Health reports and discharge, summaries of clients.
  • Attending to emergencies as regards clients (inpatient) health care.

Job Title: Admin & Customer Service Personnel Location: Anambra Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Patient Management: Serves as the first contact to parents and their wards, and maintains a cordial relationship with them.
  • Clearly address their inquiries
  • Opens files for new clients after registration fees has been paid
  • Take enquiry from patients or their relatives, upon admission inform patient’s family member about our prices and ensure they fill the “Inpatient Admission form”.

Job Title: Cleaner/Janitor Location: Anambra Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cleaners are required to undertake the following duties as directed by the Supervising Officer, using the prescribed methods and frequencies in line with the requirements of the cleaning specification.
  • Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
  • Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
  • Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
  • Suction cleaning carpeted areas and “spot” cleaning carpets.
  • To dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fitments.
  • To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) if required within the contract.
  • To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, showers and drinking fountains.
  • The use of chemical agents as directed by the Supervising Officer in the discharge of cleaning operations or maintenance procedures, after receiving proper instructions and training.
  • To undertake wall washing or inside window pane cleaning to a height no greater than body height plus an arm’s extension from floor level, during periodic cleaning maintenance programmes.
  • Cleaners employed in domestic science areas are required to clean cookers and work surface areas.
