• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Experienced in account package e.g. Tally.
• Membership of ICAN Professional body (chattered or partial)

• B.Sc/ HND qualification
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in marketing of life insurance product.

• Minimum of 3-5 year experience in a project environment
• M.Sc/Bsc in Account /Economics
• Member of relevant professional body.

• Experienced in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
• A degree in Quantity Survey with 4 to 5 years working experience as QS.

• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, sketch up, 3D VIZ).
• Minimum of 4-5years experience
• Exceptional AUTOCAD Knowledge and drafting skills Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design architectural plans.
• Degree in Architecture and 4 years of architectural experience including use of CAD technology
• Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.

• Manage projects throughout its life cycle
• Schedule and attend creative review meetings, facilitating, attendance of key stakeholders and ensuring the meetings are punctual and conclude with clear deliverables.
• Prepare the financials of the project and review purchase invoices.
• MS Project, Tally ERP cost control management.
• Responsible for overall HSE and QS/QA
• To identify cost overrun items areas and to suggest ways to contain the same. Identify future problems as per scheduled programme and suggest solution.
• Disciplinary management skills on 1000+ staff project. Experienced to establish bridges between the departments.
• Minimum 10 years technical project management experience
• Working knowledge of programming, networking and infrastructure and/or server administration is desirable but not required and ensure reconciliation of materials at site
• Experienced on running the project according to company flow chart and organizational chart with strong authority on staff.

• MSc/Bachelors Degree/HND in Civil/Structural Engineering relevant disciplines
• Registered Professional Certificates - i.e. COREN, NIQS, NSE etc
• 10 years of experience in relevant disciplines
• Overseas experience is an added advantage
• Good supervisory qualities, experience, and good communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in working with engineering teams on major projects.
• Candidates with thorough knowledge of all aspects of project management including scope, resource, cost, quality communications, risk and procurement management stand good chance of being selected.
• Thorough knowledge of all field engineering and construction methods including practice and procedures, Concrete Work, etc.
• Familiar with codes, standards, regulations and practices applicable to the infrastructure and construction facilities in Nigeria.

• BSc degree, Master added advantage.
• Membership of relevant professional body
• Minimum of 2-3 years in the construction industry.

• Oversee the construction of new facilities and the remodelling of existing facilities; assure work is completed in accordance with specifications and within budget via regular site visits and supervision of general contractor.
• Prepare, supervise and approve the development of PEP (Project Execution Plan) [from construction point of view], and its implementation.
• Responsible for implementation of the scope of work in conformance with project specifications in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in field construction is required.
• Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred.
• MSc/BSc in Building Science or Civil Engineering and relevant work experience.
• Experienced in establishing related sections with qualified staff to run 1000+ staff projects in 100% capture.
