- Zero to Two (2) years experience.
Job Title: Project Manager
Job Ref: PM-01
Location: Lagos
Qualifications/Requirements
- Candidate must possess a First Degree in Building/Civil Engineering from a recognized University
- At least fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate experience, last 5 years of which must be as a project manager
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (word, excel, project and possibly primavera)
- Skillful in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Must have handled projects ranging in costs between N500m to N1billion
- Registration with relevant professional body is a pre- requisite
- Project management certification and multi-discipline experience is an added advantage.
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Job Ref: QS-03
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Cost consulting, Cost estimating Cost planning and commercial management throughout the entire life cycle of the project from inception to post-completion
- Value determination
- Risk management and calculation
- Procurement advice and assistance during the tendering procedures
- Tender analysis and agreement of the contract sum Asset capitalisation
- Interim valuations and payment assessment Cost management process
Qualifications/Requirements
- Candidate must possess a First Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University
- At least Ten (10) years post qualification cognate experience, last 5 years of which must be as a Quantity Surveyor
- Registration with relevant professional body (ies) is a prerequisite
Job Title: Project Engineer
Job Ref: PE-01
Location: Lagos
Qualifications/Requirements
- Candidate must possess a First Degree in Building/Civil Engineering from a recognized University
- At least Seven (7) years post qualification cognate experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (word, excel, project and possibly primavera)
- Skillful in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation
Job Title: Project Manager (Finishes)
Job Ref: PM-02
Location: Lagos
Qualifications/Requirements
- Candidate must possess a First Degree in Building/Architecture from a recognized University
- At least Ten (10) years post qualification cognate experience
- Must possess the skill and ability to lead a finishing team.
- Must be a Team player
- Knowledge of modern tools and equipment applicable to finishing works is a pre requisite
- Evidence of projects completed is required.
Job Title: Business Intelligence Officer
