• Tooversee and execute the overall training and development strategy.

• Conduct training and development needs analysis to determine training and development objectives and priorities for the Client’s organization
• Conduct training and development needs analysis to determine training and development objectives and priorities for the Industry at large.
• Develop and implement training curriculum using multiple methodologies and platforms
• Direct and manage the organizations training resources (outside vendors, e-learning, colleges and universities) for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with Senior Leadership to establish and define core competency areas for the organization.
• Develop and implement a Talent Management Program for the organization including Succession Planning and Leadership Development as a tool that can be deployed to other organizations.

• Excellent understanding of Pension Industry/Business in Nigeria
• Excellent knowledge of research methodologies

• A minimum of Master’s Degree or its equivalent in Business or any related field.
• 12-15 years of Experience

• Partner with executive management to review our current business operation processes to better serve our clients.

• Develop methods for testing business applications and create templates for reports used to monitor application effectiveness.
• Initiate and lead programs and projects
• Review systems and processes and make modifications to address pension issues
• Assist in the development and integration of policies
• Work closely with key customers to keep them updated on process changes designed to improve service
• Submit regular reports to management team about new initiatives in progress

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degreein Finance, Accounting,Economics and Statistics (second class upper Division).
• 5-7 years of Experience

• Assist the Senior Analyst and other subject matter professionals in gathering, validating and documenting various system information needs.

• Support in planning, designing and development of business processes
• Collecting, compiling and interpreting business data and drafting reports
• Identify customer needs and establish ways upon which customer needs can be met for their maximum benefit and satisfaction.
• Ensure that various appropriate infrastructure elements, including documents, manuals, policy documents are kept up to date.
• Liaise with the Senior Analyst to document business processes effectively
