We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Product Manager Location: Rivers Job Description

  • Familiar with the product parameters, can execute technical matching, provide technical guidance and parameters recommended focusing on customer demand
  • Review the accuracy of the source parameters and upload them to the platform system
  • Project management and tracking, and actively cooperate with other project team members, successfully complete the project
  • Understand the performance of similar products, give some recommendation of technical deviation according to customers' demands based on existing equipment source
  • Evaluate second-hand equipment to determine equipment performance / estimated value
  • Build up cooperation with local refurbish factories and logistics companies.
  • Frequently going business trip both in national and international.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree
  • Familiar with stimulation equipments, gensets or gas compressors, can execute technical matching, provide technical clarification and parameters confirmation based on customer demand.
  • Good connections with local oil&gas companies. source idle equipements from domestic oil&gas companies. Build up supply chain.
  • Better with experience of making bidding documents for customers.
  • Have more than 5 years work experience in oil and gas industry
  • Networking skills in the oil and gas industry is a plus
  • Good communication, negotiation and team work skills.; Have anti-pressure ability and international experience are preferred

  • A Sales Director must be extremely well informed about the market in which he or she works, and therefore able to accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace, both on a national scale and also for the individual regions under his or her charge.
Job Responsibilities
  • Familiar with company sales policy and procedure and finish the equipment sales work greatly
  • Make sales record and supervise loan recycling; Check receivables and payables with finance department, operation center and customers regularly; Make sure the account are clear and correct
  • Coordinate closely with product center, business department and international logistics; Control the goods quality and delivery time; Guarantee the safe and timely loading and transportation.
  • Make records of customer service; report to leaders about customers’ complaints and make explanation to customers; Give feedback to those customers
  • Familiar with the name, quantity, sales price and storage place of the local goods; Know the local supply of goods and market change
  • Follow the company policies and rules; Follow the arrangement of leaders
  • Visit new and regular customers periodically; Conduct new business positively; Collect information
  • Update the business information and report to leaders regularly; Provide the newest market information
  • Try to learn more and acquire more sales skills

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the oil&gas industry
  • Proven sales track record, able to do hands-on sales.
  • Previous experience and willing to lead a team
  • Experience in project sales and consultative sales across the market.
  • Experience in oil & gas equipments leasing company like EXTERRAN, ENERFLEX is preferred.

  • The recommended Investment Finance Director / Manager is a senior Finance (fund raising) Experts in the local market, and what is required is a financing solution that has bank, financial institution or leasing company experience in order to help tackle the integration of local financing channels and the landing of project funds.
Job Responsibilities
  • Finance resource exploring, research, integration and maintains. Rich experience in fiancé(fund raising) and good connections with local leasing company, banks, and insurance company, Etc to support the fund-raising job. Raise capital locally for multinational projects.
  • Do a Financial report analysis and find out the potential opportunities from it.

  • To ensure the firm and individuals within the firm maintain and promote the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance; advancing and protecting the vital interests and reputation of the firm; and leading thinking on risk management and legal and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner, the Board and the Risk Committee to ensure co-ordination and alignment with our business objectives and a “clear line of sight” and accountability in respect of all areas of risk.
  • Advance and empower a risk aware culture based on ethics and integrity
  • To work in partnership with all levels of staff to give integrated legal, risk and regulatory advice and support
  • To provide proactive and aligned business enabling solutions to protect and promote organization’s reputation
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal risk and compliance queries
  • Address all areas of legal and regulatory compliance, including issues concerning the regulation of the firm, its international operations, its adjacent businesses, and its lawyers
  • Assist with the continued development and implementation of a risk management framework for the firm across its operations, including:
    • Drafting risk and compliance policies and procedures
    • Development of the firm’s risk framework and maintaining risk registers for the
    • Assisting with preparation of reports to senior management and the Board on key risk issues
  • Work with senior management across the firm to:
    • Design and manage implementation of risk projects to respond to key areas of risk to the firm, regulatory developments or other thematic areas of strategic development or re-investment for the firm

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, ideally in an international firm or other professional services environment
  • Experience in private practice (or in-house or with a Regulator) in any of corporate, commercial, litigation, regulatory and/or data protection
  • Experience in design, implementation or management of any technology-based compliance systems and processes also an advantage
  • Ability to integrate the local law agencies' resources
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have a degree in Law
