ValueFronteira Limited - Our client,  an internationally reputed Civil Engineering company, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Lead Transport Economist Location: Lagos Requirements Interested candidate should:

• Hold a Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Transport Economics (relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage).
• At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa
• MUST be prepared to work in the West Africa sub-region.
• He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience related to Highways feasibility studies and preparation of master plan. The individual shall be familiar with the use of the HDM 4 software.
• Fluency in English or French Language.

    Job Title: Transport Urban Planner Location: Lagos Job Description

• Candidates will assist the Team Leader on all multimodal and transport issues in relation to the build environment aspects of the study.

Requirements The Transport Urban Planner should:

• Hold a Degree in Urban and Land Development, Transport Planning or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
• He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience related to Urban Planning and Land Development control.
• Fluency in English or French Language.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Interested candidates MUST be prepared to work in the West Africa sub-region.

    Job Title: Land Surveyor Location: Lagos Requirements Interested candidate should:

• Hold a Master Degree in Land Surveying or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
• He/ She must have not less than 10 years of experience in Engineering Surveying including cadastral and aerial photography.
• Fluency in English or French Language.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

    Job Title: Lead Geotechnical Engineer Location: Lagos Requirements Interested candidate should:

• Hold a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
• He/She must have not less than 10 years of experience related to geotechnical investigation and pavement design.
• Fluency in English or French Language.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• MUST be prepared to work in the West Africa sub-region.

    Job Title: Project Team Leader Location: Lagos Requirements Interested candidate should:

• Hold a Master Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
•  He/she must have not less than 15 years of experience related to highway Design and Construction supervision and have worked on at least 3 projects of similar nature as Team Leader.
• Fluency in English or French Language with a working knowledge of the other
• At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Candidates MUST be prepared to work in the West Africa sub-region.

    Job Title: Traffic Engineer Location: Lagos Requirements Interested candidate should:

• Be prepared to work in the West Africa sub-region.
• Hold a Master Degree in Transport planning and Engineering, Traffic Engineering or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
• He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience related to traffic engineering, transport modelling and use of software like PTV, EMME etc.
• Have Fluency in English and/or French Language.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

      Job Title: Procurement/Contracts Specialist Location: Lagos Requirements Interested candidate should:

• Hold a Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
• He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience related to Civil Engineering contract preparation, procurement procedures and construction management.
• Fluency in English and/or French Language and a working knowledge of the other.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

    Job Title: Lead PPP Expert (Project Finance) Location: Lagos Requirements Interested candidate should:

• Hold a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering and Economics or related field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
• He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience related in financial Engineering and PPP structuring.
• Fluency in English and/or French Language and a working knowledge of the other.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Interested candidates MUST be prepared to work in the West Africa sub-region.

    Job Title: Lead Socio Economist Location: Lagos Requirements Interested candidate should:

• Hold a Degree in Social Science or related field (relevant post graduate qualification is an added advantage)
• He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience relating to social impact assessment and gender related issues in a study of similar nature.
• Fluency in English or French Language.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Candidates MUST be prepared to work in the West Africa sub-region.

    Job Title: Lead Transport Facilitation Expert Location: Lagos Requirements Interested candidate should:

• Hold a Degree in any relevant field (relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage).
• He/she must have not less than 10 years of experience relating to Policy and Standards for transport and trade facilitation along the corridor including operations of OSBP (i.e treaties, agreements, statutes trade-laws and regulations customs clearing systems and mechanism).
• Fluency in English or French Language.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
